1) If you already have the photo scanned, you can just email it to me at info@wvpics.com.

2) If you don't have access to a scanner, e-mail me at info@wvpics.com and I will give you a mailing address to send your pictures, I will scan them and return them. Please include all shipping information with pictures.

3) You can also mail your collection on 3.5" floppy or cd and I will add it to our library.

Note: Please include name (if possible) of person in photo or any information about it, such as where it came from (family or county). Anything to help others.
